You can mark your Contact info as Confidential. Employers will not see your Contact info and your present place of work. Making your Contact info Confidential you prevent it from viewing inside any Resume you will build.
Your
Contact info will be the same for every resume
you will create. Check the box "Confidential" to keep your
info as confidential. This selection will take effect
on all of your resumes. In all cases an Employer will see your Contact info only when negotiations starts. But if you keep it as Confidential Employers won't see your
contact info and your current job untill you allow
them to view it. And this need to be done for the every negotiations you have. See the negotiations help section.

| Title |
 |
Enter the Title for the resume you are creating. This title will be searchable and it will be shown in the search results. This is the first thing to attract Employer's attention. This title will also allow you to see the differences in your several resumes. The maximal length for this field is 200 symbols.
| Objective |
 |
Enter the objective for the job you are looking for. Write what kind of work you want to find and what can you offer to the employer. To get the most searchable results it is better
to use some keywords in the Objective field, i.e.:
C, C++, ActiveX, VB, JAVA, COM, CORBA...
Or: FOREX,TENFORE, REUTER Money-2000...
The maximal length for this field is 500 symbols.

Fill in this field with the brief description of your skills. To get the most searchable results it is better
to use some keywords in the Summary field, i.e.:
C, C++, ActiveX, VB, JAVA, COM, CORBA...
Or: FOREX,TENFORE, REUTER Money-2000...

Enter any information that can be helpful for the employers. This may be some info about your publications, awards etc. You may also briefly describe the nature of your security clearance if you have any (optional).

If you haven't find the right location, i.e. Country-State-City, choose only Country or Country-State and fill in City/Town field below. Please note that you do not need fill in City/Town field if you have found full location in the list.
| References |
 |
Enter Name, Company Name, Title, Phone and Email for every Reference you have. This field is a kind of Confidential info, it won't be shown to the employers till the negotiation start.
Setting your contact info as confidential will affect References section
too.
| GMT |
 |
GMT is the abbreviation for the Greenwich Mean Time. This time is also called UTC - Universal Coordinated Time. It is very useful for calculating the time difference for the continents, countries, etc.
