Privacy. Marking your Contact info as Confidential.

You can mark your Contact info as Confidential, then Employees will not see your Contact info. Making your Contact info Confidential you prevent it from viewing inside any Job you will publish.

Your Contact info will be the same for every Job you will create. Check the box "Confidential" to keep your info as confidential. This selection will take effect on all of your jobs. In all cases an Employee will see your Contact info only when negotiations starts. But if you keep it as Confidential, Employees won't see your contact info and your current job untill you allow them to view it. And this need to be done for the every negotiations you have. See the negotiations help section.

Contact's Additional info

Fill in this field with any additional info related to the Contact info i.e. best time to contact, best way to contact etc.

Title

Enter the Title for the job you are creating. This title will be searchable and it will be shown in the search results. This is the first thing to attract Employee's attention. This title will also allow you to see the differences in your several jobs. The maximal length for this field is 200 symbols.

Job Additional info

Enter any information that can be helpful for the employees.

Location choosing

If you haven't find the right location, i.e. Country-State-City, choose only Country or Country-State and fill in City/Town field below. Please note that you do not need fill in City/Town field if you have found full location in the list.

GMT

GMT is the abbreviation for the Greenwich Mean Time. This time is also called UTC - Universal Coordinated Time. It is very useful for calculating the time difference for the continents, countries, etc.
