The main statements. Negotiations

The negotations starts when one of the parties has requested for the Negotiation's object: Employee's Annonced Resume or Employer's Job.

Job general cases:

- Employee has choosen the right job for him and applied his Resume for it.
- Employer has choosen the right Resume and invited specialist for the Job negotiations.

Annonced Resume general cases:

- Employer has selected an Announced Resume and invited the Employee to the Negotiations.
- Employee has found some company that mathes his criteria and applied with the Announced Resumes to the Negotiations.

Note, that it is not possible to have different Negotiatios for the one object.

Pricing

The negotiations object must be paid, i.e. to start the negotiations either Employer nned to pay for the Job publication or Employee must pay for the Resume Announcement.

If the object of Negotiations is Job, Employees do not pay any fee and all of the charges is paid by the Employer.

If the object of Negotiations is Announced Resume, all charges is paid by the Employee as the price for Announcement.

This scheme let all of the users possibility to work free of charge and make some chargeable objects if they are needed.
Both the Employee and Employer can have negotiations with the many parties the same time. There are no limitation for number of the negotiations. Users can initiate new negotiations, receive the requests, pay for the new resumes or jobs and publish them at once.

Negotiations

There is a Negotiations section on the personal user's part of site. This section contains all information about every negotiations that users have. It also contains all the actions needed to be done for the negotiation's object. User can sort their records, apply a filter to them, make special notes and rate the negotiations.

All the time when the parties negotiate the can use On-Line chat. Message exchange is possible even the contact information is not available and the parties are anonymous.This helps to define more exactly some points without knowing the contact information.

Publication period

Object of the Negotiations (resume or job) is published for the 30 days period. When this time will expire the publication of this object will be cancelled. Owner of the object will be notified by e-mail. All the Negotiations that were started before the time expiration will be saved and can be completed. Users always can publish their object in the second time.

Duration of the Negotiations

There is no time limit for the negotiations. They can be continued even when the object of the negotiations is cancelled.

Closing of the Negotiations

When one of the parties sets the end for the negotiations they will be closed. The On-line chat will be disabled and access to the contact information will be stopped. The parties can resume their Negotiations only if the new object of is choosen or created.

If Employer deletes his job or employee deletes his resume the Negotiations between them will be closed and the affiliated records will be removed from the user's personal Negotiations section.

Notifications by E-mail

The parties that take part in the negotiations will receive e-mail messages about the other party's decisions.
